One hall is for teaching martial arts other one is for cross fit and weightlifting.. One room is there for childrens to play. Coaches give good care about the form of each exercises and monitor the progress of each individuals.. I spend my one day watching the weightlifting session.. Very nice place..“
“Very healthy and professional environment for the kids to learn karate. We’ve been taking our son to classes for 2 years and we love it. I always stay to watch their practicing and have never seen any kind of abuse from the sensei or among kids. They also have affordable prices. Thanks for your good work with the kids.“
“Switched my kid from reddings MMAto ATA and the classes are smaller and the building is much bigger with more tools and one on one instruction. Not ragging on Redding but He now enjoys going to martial arts and looks forward to training with the instructors. I even showed up late on a Saturday and they still offered to still do training even after they were done for the day.“
