I was using Logan's when Aquamaid took over. I was having a few issues when the transition happened and was ready to look for a different company. The Gunter Manager Chad Bolding contacted me and assured me he'd get everything straightened out. He went above and beyond what I believe anone else would have done. I immediately had my billing issues fixed and he came out and started working on my pool. He has always answered my calls or texts with any questions. He checks in periodically to make sure things are going great. If I have any concerns he comes out very quickly to check things out. We recently changed over to Logan’s for pool service after being with another company for a few years. We have been absolutely blown away by the service so far. They quickly came out and did an assessment of the pool and immediately addressed the issues we were having.
