When we relocated to Carrollton, Aquamaid Gunter has been servicing our pool for the last year. During this time they have been professional and always shows up. Any situation, Any time there is always someone to help. Over this past weekend our pressure was at "0" and in this heat you need circulation. The receptionist reached out to HAYLA, the area supervisor. Hayla reached out and was so positive, she then contacted BRANDON, Branch Supervisor. When I went out late afternoon our pool had circulation and was working Great, I never knew when he fixed the issue. The is Going Above and Beyond!!! Can't say enough about Aquamaid Gunter, everyone is always so positive and ready to help, ready to get the job done. I was using Logan's when Aquamaid took over. I was having a few issues when the transition happened and was ready to look for a different company. The Gunter Manager Chad Bolding contacted me and assured me he'd get everything straightened out. He went above and beyond what I believe anone else would have done. I immediately had my billing issues fixed and he came out and started working on my pool. He has always answered my calls or texts with any questions. He checks in periodically to make sure things are going great. If I have any concerns he comes out very quickly to check things out.
