I was using Logan's when Aquamaid took over. I was having a few issues when the transition happened and was ready to look for a different company. The Gunter Manager Chad Bolding contacted me and assured me he'd get everything straightened out. He went above and beyond what I believe anone else would have done. I immediately had my billing issues fixed and he came out and started working on my pool. He has always answered my calls or texts with any questions. He checks in periodically to make sure things are going great. If I have any concerns he comes out very quickly to check things out. He is the only reason I stayed with this company and I'm glad I did. The customer service he has provided has been superb to say the least. Thanks Chad!!! We really appreciate you!
We had Lolex out twice - once last year to repair some wind damage and then again this year to replace the whole roof. I really appreciated the quick response following storms to prevent further damage and the excellent job done replacing the entire roof. Beyond happy with my experience at this salon! From the moment I walked in, I loved the personal feel and really appreciated the one-on-one attention. My hair got a fantastic color refresh, and she nailed my blunt cut. Also, she’s definitely a a pro with the tools! My fine hair doesn't hold curls well unless my hair is unwashed, but the beach wavy style she gave me lasted for days until I finally had to wash it out. So, keep her in mind for not just cut and color but also date night or event styling. Highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for great local service, results and honest pricing.
