Love My Clean House

I hired this cleaning service to spruce up my house, and what a disappointment it was! They sent a new person who clearly had no idea what they were doing. Instead of actually cleaning, they just half-heartedly wiped things down, leaving dust and grime in all the nooks and crannies. To top it off, they didn't even bother to vacuum the floors - how lazy can you get?At first, I was so pleased with their services that I would tip generously, sometimes up to $100. I have used this service numerous times and it's been great. Called to speak to a manager today regarding my service and he was AWFUL. Complete jerk offering no concern for my dissatisfaction with today's cleaning. Had no concern about losing a customer so I will voice my opinion that he is a terrible manager. Find another cleaning service, this one is not worth your time. We used love my clean house for a year with random inconsistencies, like forgetting to vacuum out entire upstairs. I should have stopped using them after about the 3rd time. About a month ago, they randomly switched our appointment times without informing us. When I noticed & asked for my original schedule back, they initially said it wasn’t available. As the new times didn’t work for us, I told them I would find another cleaning service.
