Highly highly recommend this place for your hair. I get my haircolor services from here. Ruby is THE best stylist in town with her warm and smile-filled approach. Customer service is beyond commendable. I feel like I am in a spa while being here. She is so amazing in her skills and service. I am not going anywhere else.

This was my second visit to the salon. This time Rubi was my hair stylist. She’s such a sweet person and she did a great job on my long layered haircut and styling. I really look forward to come back for my next visit with Rubi.

i’ve been to this location twice for consultations.
during my first visit, i had an appointment at 5pm, and came maybe a few minutes early. there was no one in the lobby, better yet i didn’t see anybody around. after waiting an excessive amount of time, i eventually went around to check if there was anybody around, and that’s where i found an employee asleep in the back. i had to wake her up myself by knocking on the door. at this point i was really annoyed, and there was no apology, but at least she was nice during the consultation.
on my second visit, rubi did take time to discuss how a silver color on my hair would be harder to achieve since my hair wasn’t lifting properly, which i really appreciated, so i’m giving another star for that. however, she had made a comment suggesting how other colors would “suit my skin tone” without clearly explaining the reasoning, which felt dismissive in the moment since going silver was something i had put a lot of thought into. while we did compare the silver shade using extensions, some of the reactions to my preferences felt hesitant and i didn’t really feel supported.
she was nice for the most part, i just didn’t appreciate that comment and how my first experience was kind of disappointing as well.
