Very worst urgent care. For the 1st time they will answer you and take money from you. If you next following up questions, they will not answer. They will check with nurse practitioner but not doctors. Waste of money. Dnt visit here

We went there and my brother broke his arm and they said nobody was available AT ALL and that they had no xrays. Like come on its urgent care.

Do NOT recommend for pediatrics! Baylor triage nurse routed us here for our 7 month old since our pediatrician was booked up and we needed to be promptly seen. Wish we hadn’t wasted a $30 copay for the provider here to order unnecessary tests and meds. Luckily I trusted my mom gut and decided not to do any of those things and instead wait to see our pediatrician at their next available appointment. At that pediatrician appointment our baby was promptly diagnosed with croup and we were recommended a completely different treatment.

The day I left my appointment, although pretty expensive, I was happy about getting treatment. Well...Dr. failed to advise to really watch food & drink intake & to stay away from sugar, bread, pasta, potatoes, chips, red sauce.... as this all feeds the issue. Now on day 15 and request call back for next steps...no response... they don't answer the phone. Disappointed in the after service.

Walked in at the same time as another person right behind them. And was told that they will see them and than go to lunch. So I had to drive to another location. It was around 12 30 today. Even another location said they should have fit me in.

If you weren’t sick before you came you will be when you leave this place is tiny. You will sit side by side with sickness. Wait is long slow like molasses!
