The day I left my appointment, although pretty expensive, I was happy about getting treatment. Well...Dr. failed to advise to really watch food & drink intake & to stay away from sugar, bread, pasta, potatoes, chips, red sauce.... as this all feeds the issue. Now on day 15 and request call back for next steps...no response... they don't answer the phone. Disappointed in the after service.

I went to Baylor, Scott, White with a problem I had been experiencing for 3 weeks. I had visited other care centers and treated, just not with the right medicine to close it out. In a matter of a couple hours in the ER, the correct medication was prescribed and I am over the issue. Hats off to BSW and their staff. That you so much for making my Christmas so much more pleasant.
