Apollo Dental provides dependable and affordable dental care to the McKinney, TX community. The staff is first-rate, very friendly. The medical staff takes the time to learn about your health; they are excellent professionals. Dr. Starr is absolutely AMAZING. For patients who are nervous, Dr. Starr made the experience unbelievable, with zero pain during a periodontal cleaning and cavity. The doctor decided on a treatment plan quickly. The person at the front desk told a patient to not feel overwhelmed, they would go at their pace. It was very encouraging. For a patient with special needs, the team was phenomenal, very helpful, very respectful, and very understanding. However, one patient was very disappointed when their son received a deep cleaning instead of a regular cleaning, noting Molina only covers regular cleanings. They will reschedule for his next appointment every 6 months for his cleaning.
Dr. Starr is absolutely AMAZING! I’m always so nervous when I go to the dentist, it’s just something I’ve never looked forward to doing. Dr. Starr made the experience unbelievable, in which, I felt zero pain during my periodontal cleaning and cavity!! I did not need to be numbed, he just went to work and the entire procedure was not only pain free but it was actually pleasant! I recommend Dr. Starr and look forward to seeing him again soon! No I didn't know my son was going to get a deep cleaning Molina only cover just regular cleaning. I should have been told about it before I would have told you just a regular cleaning. Very disappointed i will reschedule for his next appointment every 6 months for his cleaning
