Dr. Oscar Sotelo is a Board Certified Dermatologist with over 40 years of experience. He specializes in skin cancer diagnosis and has treated over 50,000 skin cancers. He is the only dermatologist in the Rio Grande Valley who has Superficial Radiotherapy for treating non-melanoma skin cancer. The clinic also provides Cosmetic Skin Care services, such as Botox and Dysport injectables, laser and IPL treatments, chemical peels, and skin care products. Introducing the new EMSCULPT NEO. Patients report the receptionist was very polite and helpful, and the rest of the personnel very nice and professional. The office staff were very professional and courteous. Patients were seen in a timely manner. The doctor was very caring and attentive to concerns and needs, with great success treating skin, hair, and nail conditions. A patient noted the PA was very informative and took care of dermatology needs, and another praised Sarah Kim for amazing bedside manner and a straightforward, non-invasive treatment plan.
I am extremely satisfied with this office. My Dr is always prompt treatment is great. She explains why she wants certain treatments and fully cares about my wellbeing she is extremely confident and caring.

Sarah Kim was so helpful! I’m 32 and noticed my skin was missing something. I didn’t want to go the injectable route yet and was worried that would be pushed on me. She had amazing bedside manner and her treatment plan was straight forward and not invasive. Can’t wait to start laser treatments!
