So far I've had two appointments staff was very friendly Dr Rick was also very friendly and explained we'll wait time was also very agreeable didn't wait long at all.
The doctor was very informative and patient and told me everything that was to be done. While doing the procedure, the doctor guided me every step. The nurse was also very patient and caring. All the workers there are very professional and helpful.
It has been about five years since my last appointment. I absolutely enjoyed my recent visit. The staff is very courteous and polite. I never felt rushed. Dr Sandrock understood my concerns. He patiently and thoroughly explained everything preceding my treatment. I look forward to my followup visit and highly recommend Dermatology Clinic of McAllen.
