John has been our plumber taking care of warranty items on our new home. He has been professional and courteous and hard working. He has also been great at explaining the issues and when a couple have stumped him, he has come back after consulting with others and researching to give us the information. Cody and his partner from Ken Man Plumbing came out today and got my issue resolved in no time. Very professional.A different tech had previously come out on another issue, and he was also fast and professional.I would recommend them for your plumbing needs.

We have a new home in the Del Webb/Trinity Falls area in McKinney and our water heater pilot light went out this past weekend. They came out on Tuesday and helped get it relit; then on Wednesday it was out again. Almost immediately they came right back out and replace the gas valve and we are back in business with hot water. They were very responsive and very kind! Thank you!
