I needed a roof repair, and I decided on Roberts Roofing. Johnny was the manager for the project, and he dealt straight with me about what was needed and what was not needed. I appreciated that he knew I was on a budget, and we were able to figure out what needed to be done. The crew showed up on time, actually a little early, and got right to work. They estimated that would only take the morning and they would be finished by lunch, and that’s exactly what happened. They used a powerful magnet on wheels to pick up all the loose nails that may have fallen during the demolition This is a very professional company, and they stand by their work. I would highly recommend them.
When I first went in it was painful to move and after 3 visits I’d say I’m 60% better. He is very thoughtful and thorough and truly cares about his patients.
I don’t live locally (I’m in Arizona), so I had to handle everything over the phone. From the very first call, Lyndsay went above and beyond. She listened carefully to what I was looking for and made thoughtful suggestions based on what they had in stock. While I was talking it over with my husband, she even sent photos of the plants and walked out herself to make sure the selection was in perfect, gift-ready condition.
That kind of customer service is rare and so appreciated, it made me feel truly cared for, even from states away. I can’t thank Lyndsay enough for the attention and thoughtfulness she showed in such a short amount of time. Five stars, without a doubt!

Mr. Morales is very friendly and professional. Always on time or early for estimate and job site work. Friendly crew. I ask him to correct or change several things and there was never an issue. I went and got my nails done by Melanie. She was very professional, friendly, and overall I had a GREAT experience with her. Her service was a 10/10 BUT the reason I didn’t do 5 stars is because some lady that worked there (older with black hair) came up to Melanie WHILE she was in the middle of doing my nails and was VERY ugly towards her about where she parked. She could have 1. Been a lot nicer about it and 2. Could have waited until Melanie was done doing my nails because it was very unprofessional for her to disrupt service like that over a PARKING SPOT. Not sure who the women was, but she needs to learn how to be nicer to people.
