Let me begin by saying that I do not like going to the Dentist office. It gives me white coat syndrome. However my visit today with Dr. Royston proved that a great experience can be had. She was extremely nice and pleasant to talk to. Her exam / cleaning was the best I have ever experienced. Thank you!! And to top it off, her Dental Assistant, Erica, was amazing. She made sure that I fee
felt comfortable and relaxed during the entire visit. Couldn't have asked for a better experience anywhere. Thanks so very much Dr. Royston and Erica for taking such good care of me.
Just had the overall BEST visit to a Dentist in my entire life. Dr. Royston was very personable and oh so very through. Her exam / cleaning was actually pleasant and very comprehensive. She answered my questions in a way that an old man could understand. Her Dental Assistant, Erica, was amazing as well. She was funny to talk to and made the experience so enjoyable. If you are looking for a GREAT Dentist and a GREAT Dental Assistant look no further. Malakoff Dental is the place. Tell them Toto sent you!!
I never thought I would say that going to the dentist was a pleasant experience but I truly mean it when I say that’s exactly what I got with Dr. Royston and Erica. They both are very sweet ladies. They’re thorough, quick & not once did I feel like work that I didn’t need was being forced on me! Dr. Royston did a filling for me today- it was the least painful numbing I’ve ever experienced & when she noticed the slightest bit of discomfort from me, she stopped & addressed it immediately. I highly recommend this practice! ❤
