I am incredibly thankful for Dr. Norman and his assistant, Lacey. They showed such kindness and compassion during a very difficult time, as I had to say goodbye to my senior Pomeranian, Sasha.
The past several months have been the hardest of my life, first losing my dad, and now watching my mom begin to lose her eyesight. Sasha was diagnosed with cognitive decline just before my dad passed, and I was heartbroken knowing I’d soon have to say goodbye to her as well.

I had a great experience with Dr. Norman and his assistant. I failed to get her namebut she was super nice and eager to be helpful. My cat was not feeling well and I called on a Saturday. I’m so grateful they are open on Saturdays. And even though they close at 12, they were able to fit me in. There were no long wait times Dr. Norman saw me and my cat right away. He did a thorough examination and answered all my questions. His assistant was really good with my cat too. Like holding her and making sure she was comfortable I’m freaking out. First time to visit here I brought my 13 year old small dog to see Dr. Norman because he was yelping out in pain and I didn't know why. Dr Norman and his assistant were so kind and patient and examined my dog. He figured out what was wrong and now my sweet dog is feeling much better. So grateful for their service.
