After trying to contact several groomers in the area on Friday and more on Saturday morning, Paw Boss in Malakoff answered the phone...they were booked. I am sorry I am really bad with names but the nice lady that answered the phone after telling her what was going on with my 81yr old dad and his little dog said they would take him in...after a little bit she called me with a concern about one of his toes, we knew it was hurting but I thought it was a sticker caught in one of the matted messes on the foot, but it was not, she said we needed to get him to a vet and have it checked out. I always hesitate when dropping my pups off at the groomers...hoping they get quality care and it is a good experience instead of a stressful one. Not only were my pups shiny and clean, they loved the staff too!! I can tell they were treated like family. So happy we have found a place to get our babies groomed, along with their great smelling USA products and cool accessories.

I have a 13 yr. old Jack Russell and this is the second time I've been there. The staff are very courteous,friendly, and Buddy didn't seem to mind going there. I'm in a W/C and they came out to my truck and helped me with getting him in and when he was all cleaned up and ready to go they brought him out to me. They are really good with pets and are always happy to see Buddy. I feel comfortable with leaving him in their care for the time it takes to get him all fixed up but they are so fast the first time they did everything he needed done while I waited. These people are fantastic!
