My first time there and the girl at the front desk was so sweet. Every tech genuinely seemed sweet. I found out my nail girl Sarah moved there from another salon so I went to see. Was so excited to see her there. She always does amazing on my nails. The best at designs! The place was very clean and not too loud as far as music and stuff. They didn’t pressure into getting other services. Will definitely be back unless Sarah leaves. Gotta follow my girl😆
I liked that the gentleman doing my pedicure didn't try to engage in conversation. It was so relaxing. Also, they didn't try to upsale. (By asking, brow wax? Manicure?, etc etc) if you know, you know!!
The entire staff is very friendly and Andy is my technician and he does a phenomenal job. He’s always very friendly and I would recommend VIP to anyone who is looking for a friendly and excellent customer service.
