Katlyn did an amazing job on my makeup! She matched my skin tone perfectly and made sure everything looked flawless. I told her how nervous I was about getting my makeup done at Ulta (I’ve had bad experiences in the past), but she quickly made me feel comfortable. Her conversation was so easy and welcoming, and it made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. My makeup was a 10/10, and I will absolutely be back only because of her!
I had a really positive experience at Ulta today, thanks to Dae! From the moment I walked in, she was warm, attentive, and immediately offered help.
I usually dread going into Ulta because I’ve had negative experiences with staff in the past—often due to mean girl energy leading me to feel like I’m a bother. The last time I came in for help with color matching, a group of employees were chatting behind the counter about non-work-related things. I was told someone would be with me in a few minutes, but as the conversation continued, I realized no one was coming and eventually left.
