Professional fast and easy process! Only small thing is it wasn’t clear that they wanted to keep my originals of some paperwork I just wish that was communicated straight forward by saying prior to my arrival , “ we are keeping the originals when you bring them in to sign”. Other than that no issues.

I've been dealing with the Lufkin office for a couple of years now and they are the absolute best. They have great customer service. I may not have the best credit but they were able to help me at a time that I needed the most. I wasn't able to get what I asked during that time but I was thankful to get close to it because I wasn't able to get it nowhere else. The process was fast and easy. I was referred by someone else so I'm telling others to give it a try.

I have used One Main financial in Lufkin Texas, and it's always a pleasurable experience. The staff are very nice and professional, and I recommend someone needing a loan to give em a hollar!!
