I had a problem with my washer and she called me back the same day. She was able to give me a suggestion on what the problem was and it fixed it. Even though she didn’t come to my home a fix it herself if it had been for her knowledge it could have cost me more money, so a tip was will worth it. She will get my business the next time I have any issues with my appliances.
