“My fridge stopped cooling properly last week, and I was worried about losing everything in the freezer before I could get someone out. I called and they had a technician at my place within a day, which I really appreciated given the urgency. He was upfront about the issue right away, turned out to be a faulty compressor relay, and explained what needed to happen before doing any work, so there were no surprises on the bill. The repair itself took under an hour, and he cleaned up after himself before leaving. It's been running smoothly for about a week now with no issues. What stood out most was how straightforward and honest the whole interaction felt, no upselling or vague explanations. Would definitely reach out again if something else comes up around the house.”
