I called a week in advance to get my hair done.. being a mom I was a couple of minutes behind and she called to make sure I was still coming and didn’t get upset that I was a running a little behind. I got there and she complimented my hair soooo much. She did a GREAT job on my box braids.. and today I took my boys to get their hair braided and we’re all impressed with how quick she got through 2 heads, the price and the neatness! Been a customer of hers for some years and she always does a great job on not only my hair but on my mom's and daughter's as well. I would recommend making an appointment so that you ensure that you are able to get your hair done. Some braids/twists take longer than others to do and you wouldn't want to walk in spur of the moment and she's already doing someone's hair because the likelihood is that you wouldn't be able to get assistance that day
