This is an AMAZING vet clinic!! The staff & vet are all wonderfully kind, caring, understanding, & helpful humans that I have the utmost respect for & appreciate more than they'll ever realize! I wish they offered Cherry Vet Financing for a more affordable way to pay for pet emergencies, but they treated my fur baby w/lots of care & compassion! West Loop Animal Clinic was recommended by my mother to me as affordable & very caring. I’ve taken my dog, Coco, to West Loop Animal Clinic twice recently, and I couldn't be happier with the care he received. Our first visit was for his routine shots, which went incredibly smoothly. Then, just a week later, he developed a bad cough, so I brought him back for a second visit. The team was quick to get him evaluated, diagnosed, and treated. Coco is doing absolutely great now! It is comforting to know I have a reliable, compassionate vet I can trust for both routine checkups and unexpected illnesses.
I took my puppy there and everyone was extremely friendly and very professional. I asked a lot of questions and they answered them with patience and kindness. Also Arrow was perhaps the cutest office pet I have seen.
