“We unexpectedly lost our beautiful German Shepherd Zeus recently. Even though we hadn’t ever brought Zeus for care, they took us in with no questions asked and allowed us a private room to say our final goodbyes. They let us stay as long as we needed. They got his ashes back to us within 2 days. They also followed up with a sweet condolence card. When we are finally ready to get another dog, we will be using them for veterinary care. The office staff was exceptionally nice and respectful.“

“We went to The truck-a-treat is was just an awesome time for us. We got to pet a Kangaroo, a Lemur, a beautiful white Fox and an Alagator (well I could've they had his mouth taped butter nah) it was so cool. They had a contest for best pet costume and the winner is going to win a free annual exam yeah! There were treats for kids (and grown-ups) and pets. There was popcorn,snowcones, lemonades,and gift card from Texas Road House and another more. It was a great safe fun for the whole family. “The vets here (they’re husband and wife) really love animals. They’re so kind and always willing to help. Today I just walked in and asked if they could take a look at my dog’s nail. I have brought my dog to them before but I wasn’t sure if the nail was healing properly. Turned out it grew out wrong so they had to pull out the one on the side. It’s a painful procedure so they were so loving and kind the whole time both to my dog (Joy) and me. They gave Joy a bag of treat cuz he had to go through such a tough time. It is our blessings to have them so close to our house ??“

And they don't have to add an extra $100 bucks to your bill for a new Hospital that they just spent a million bucks on like some hospitals in Town. LOL My neighbor goes there. She gets Robbed and I told her so. But she said it was close and the Old Guy retired. But she makes very good money. LOL“

“I’ve taken two of my goats up there for rare procedures. Dr. Holbrook was amazing, worked tirelessly and quickly to help my mama goat in distress! Yesterday I brought in one of my baby bucks— Dr.White addressed the problem immediately, and got to work! I am truly blessed to have found Allen animal clinic. Dr. white and Amber were caring and compassionate. I will trust them with all of my furbabies! The staff here are angels in disguise, I’m convinced.

“I had taken my dogs to get dental cleaning and the lady that was in the surgery office was very nice but I didn’t get her name. Later Nikki called me when to pick up my dog and she was wonderful too because my phone kept dropping the call and she suggested we text and it worked out great. The next day I called the vet to ask about dog food and Kelsey was very helpful on the phone and when I went to pick up some food. Very nice people!! Dr. Shiplov was very good also.“

“New to Lucas Veterinary. Very happy to have found Dr. Paa. He communicates well, not pushy and weighs pros and cons talking through treatment. Very reasonably priced service and medication. The receptionist is courteous and helpful. Vet tech is good at gathering information but defers to Dr. Paa instead of trying to offer diagnosis or treatment unlike the previous clinic I went to. I am happy to trust Dr. Paa with all 6 of my fur babies.“
