The staff are professional, patient, and attentive in helping customers find the right frames and understand insurance options. Kevan Long is especially praised for being friendly, knowledgeable, and beyond helpful, making customers feel confident in their new frames. J.R. was very helpful in finding the perfect pair of frames, clearly explaining lens options and walking customers through the process, taking the time to answer all questions. Dr. Hernandez demonstrates great knowledge and passion, providing a thorough explanation of the exam and tests. The overall environment is calm, welcoming, and like a "spa for your eyes," making every visit a positive experience. Angelo was very helpful and professional, going out of his way to help with insurance to get customers the best comfortable glasses at a reasonable price. J.R. assisted in helping all six customers choose glasses and place their orders, walking them through each step and informing them of their options, making the process easy and quick. Dr. Brown is knowledgeable and caring, and the staff were quick and thorough in repairing customers' bent frames and completing an appointment the same day.
