DO NOT use this company! We purchased 6 trees when we moved into our new house. We have lived here almost 7 years and all but one have survived. Within 1-2 years they all died. We take care great care of our lawn! We contacted them right away. They did come out and inspect but didn’t really have instructions for us. They made it sound like it was our fault, that there was something wrong with our soil and at the same time, they said we were doing what we were supposed to. When our trees continued to get worse and we called again, they never called us back. Horrible customer service! You would think they would try to make things right but no. I saw someone from this company toss their lunch box (plastic container and empty chip bag) out of their window right into the Southcrest neighborhood. Oh the irony that a landscape company litters a brand new neighborhood with their lunch box. Unbelievable.
