I had been going to Gristy’s on 82nd Street for the past 3 years after moving to Lubbock. Chris has been super helpful each time. Their crew is excellent at handling all our needs in a timely and efficient manner. The customer service we receive at Gristy's tops any we’ve experienced, even in metropolitan cities. We’re always taken care of and very happy with the service.
I’ve been a customer of Gristy’s on 82nd for about a year. We lived fairly close. We moved 6 miles away. I continue to use Gristy’s for the outstanding customer service. I drive that far for one reason. It’s Chris, she takes extremely good care of us and knows us by name. It’s rare these days to receive that type of service. If Chris ever quits, I will follow her where she goes! Hopefully she stays with Gristy. She is 5 stars!!!
