I did a rotor and brake job on the rear end of my 2010 Ford Edge. I felt like the brakes still weren’t working right so I had it towed to Fastlane and spoke with Lane about my concerns. He inspected my work, drove it, and made sure everything was working fine. Rather than “find” a problem he called and told me everything was absolutely fine and recommended that I change out the shoes on the front brakes. He also checked the charge on the A/C upon my request. Only charged me for the AC. Honest to a fault, prompt with the repair and communicated every bit of information that I needed. Every question was answered professionally and like I was talking to a buddy, not an impatient tech who feels like you’re wasting his time. I have found my mechanic in Lubbock. I HIGHLY recommend Lane and Julie was a pleasure to deal with when I went to pay out. Thank you Fastlane!
