First of all, I would like to acknowledge Mia! She is absolutely a professional. I waited for two and a half weeks to write an honest review. As a first time client, customer service from the guy at the entrance wasn’t up to par but Mia as my lash tech was phenomenal; she is meticulous while applying the lashes. Almost three weeks later, my lashes are still intact, albeit a couple have naturally fallen off but I can actually wait till it’s 4 weeks before another refill that’s how well done it is! Also, no irritation noted. Mia, thank you and continue to do a fantastic job because your service has been well received.

I went in with no idea what to expect and having never gotten lashes before. Jasmine was amazing. She made me feel comfortable and explained the process and my options. She listened to me as a person and made sure I got what I wanted. She made the entire experience comfortable and inviting. She talked to me when I felt like talking and read social cues well to know when I just wanted to rest. And to top it all off my lashes are beautiful and make me feel beautiful. Jasmine has made a loyal customer for herself and the business. Thank you Jasmine!!! You made my day.

I’ve never had to wait any length of time. Appears to be very organized. What I was impressed with was Jayleigh, the professional who took her time & worked until she was totally satisfied!!!
