Went in this morning for stitches on my finger that I should have gone in yesterday evening for. Got great service! Went back like instructed to have them removed. Hurt but I've never had stitches.

Went to an urgent care on Thanksgiving that let me walk around with strep till for a week and a half. Went to this urgent care, promt, caring and respected my late in the day request to send it to a different pharmacy bc mine is closed on Sundays. Much respect!
The receptionist at the front desk was super helpful and professional. Was taken to walk in side and again greeted by a great receptionist. Didn't have to wait any time before going back to the exam room. Medical professional rep was super thorough and attentive. Nurse practitioner Amy Michelle Brown came in, and service went downhill. She was in the room not five minutes and did not even listen to any of my problems. I came in from a fall with hurt toe and knee. She did not look, told me if I was worried I should just go to the er and that I can work. Then, she left the room. I am very upset with her, Will not come back if I have to see her.
Called ahead to check insurance coverage and push 3 for Urgent Care helped us confirm insurance coverage over phone and son went over to get tetanus booster... appreciated the ease of information. told it would be pcp copay for that experience
