Sabrina was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. She patiently walked me through the process, explaining in great detail! CPAP was shipped directly to me and I am ready to go!!

I have been apprehensive about calling due to some personal issues going on, but I had to change my insurance and they needed the new information. I talked to the most caring and nicest lady, she understood my situation and changed my information. I will always recommend and use Apria in Lubbock, Tx.
