First time for lash extension as a gift to myself for self-care. Great place to start.Upon arrival, the area was presentable and clean. The front desk staff provided steps-by-step on what to expect and what to so such as: providing a binder with types of lash styles length, dimension etc. The technician or "master stylist" educates you making sure your eye lids/face are clean by directing you to the bathroom and how to do it at home. At the table, the stylist makes you comfortable. She answer all my questions and showed techniques.
