I noticed my AC/Heater was blowing but not hot or cold. I went outside and noticed that my heat pump wasnt working. I placed a call to Absolute.They came out the next day, and quickly diagnosed my system which was on its last leg. I was given in WRITING exactly what my options were, from fixing the current unit, to upgrading to a brand new unit. With West Texas weather I didnt want to not have AC or heat!!So I chose to have a complete new unit installed. I had an AMAZING experience with Absolute Refrigeration. The customer service was outstanding and our tech, Nathan, was extremely knowledgeable and and more than willing to take the time to explain everything to where I was able to understand exactly what was happening with my system. I highly recommend him and this company to anyone who needs work done on their HVAC.
Absolute has been a wonderful company to work with! Very personable staff, both in the office and in the field, and I appreciate that so much. Very prompt and efficient with the work. They also took the time to explain some features of the system I wasn’t familiar with. Thank you so much Absolute!
