Pat and his crew, led by Jose, did a fantastic job on my family's new roof. Not only did we need a new roof, but we required repairs on the fascia, soffit, and skylight replacement. From start to finish, Pat listened and addressed every one of our requests, needs, concerns and updated us every step of the way during our large roofing project. Attention to detail, quality and doing the job right are so essential and hard to find but, Pat, along with his crew, exceeded those expectations. My family and I hired Pat for extensive work (not just roofing work) at three different locations over a five-year period. His professionalism is exceptional. Over time, I developed complete trust in him. If he didn't know the answer to a question, he would tell me and then he would find the answer. He works with some really great sub-contractors, and his crew is obviously skilled and motivated. There were never any unexplained delays. I have been a homeowner for 20 years. Luckily, I have only needed roofing repairs 2 times. Both were done by Pat Tons Roofing. We were so happy with him the 1st time, I swore we would use him again when needed. Well, last week we had a bunch of rain and were surprised when our 5 year old house had a leak through the ceiling of our master bathroom. Pat answered my call, had an employee out in a hour and diagnosed/fixed our issue an hour after that. At a price I was happy to pay, as well. The next day, I had an email that included pics of the damage and pics of the repair done. Pat himself had called and throughly explained everything.
