A shout out to Nathaniel with Cool Dynamics. They promptly came out and diagnosed my AC issue (not cooling efficiently). He clearly explained what was going on with my system and gave me a few options to get back to living in a cool house. Nate was absolutely AMAZING!!! He is extremely respectful and knowledgeable to his craft. He took the time to explain everything in language that we could understand. I could tell that he actually enjoys his job. He heard the noises that the AC made and was able to diagnose problem that other people misdiagnosed. He wasn't quick about it either he took his time and was extremely thorough. He 100 percent earned my respect and helped restore my faith in human kindness. Miguel was very professional. He explained everything he did and what he found during his inspection of the AC unit. He clearly explained all services that could benefit to prolong the life of the unit without any pressure to commit to any services recommended. I will definitely make Cool Dynamics my go to service/repair HVAC company!
