Deb is awesome and I would highly recommend her. I spoke with her briefly and based on my interactions with her, felt really confident that she takes pride in her work and is very thorough. She does a wonderful job thoroughly inspecting the home from top to bottom and has more than adequate notes. She makes people feel really comfortable with her attention to detail.

Another great inspection with Deb! Over the last few years, Deb has done several of my inspections for new home buyers. She is amazing! Very detail oriented, thorough, and able to deliver the information to the buyer without causing panic. Buyers are always pleased, she takes the time to walk them through the report, and even a little extra as needed. I even had a seller call and compliment her work after delivering the report to him. I can't say enough good about her work, you will not be disappointed!
