The owner Mr Acker and his team are the best home inspectors I've used in the past 14 years. I Love that Tamill takes the time to explain his consistent excellent inspection results to buyers. He takes great care to explain in a manner that they can understand. He allows for Q&A and is extremely patient and thorough when performing his inspections and explaining the results. I was sad when I was unable to use him for one of my inspections. The other inspector did ok in terms of the mechanics, however, Tamill is hands down the best at breaking an intimidating report showing deficiencies to clients.
