Hottest part of summer and the AC decides to act up. I have 70+ kiddos aging infant and up and 15+ staff in the center while the thermostat is climbing. Everyone is scheduled out or having to charge extra even though it's their schedule that's tough not. Reach out to Fresh and they were honest about their workload, but still managed to fit us in same day! Both guys that came out were super nice and friendly. Four air conditioners out and they looked at all of them and assessed them in about an hour. I can't thank you enough for my staff and parent's of kids.
Owner came out and sat down with us and gave it to us straight. No frills and told us exactly what needed to be done to fix our situation. Very kind, pleasing and friendly. I would recommend them above anyone else we have spoken with.
Our AC wasn’t working. Paul came the same day to investigate. He added Freon and said we could wait and see how long it lasted. He wasn’t pushy at all about getting a new unit. Unfortunately, the cool lasted less than 24 hours. We called them back and got on the schedule for a new unit. The service was fantastic!! Everything was done right and with such care and detail—even down to vacuuming the insulation bits out of our driveway!! Fresh start will be our only choice for HVAC and plumbing!!
