Purchased a coil for an obsolete air handler in a very hard to access spot. The sales and engineering team answered every question I had about tonnage and size. Coil was shipped fast with a dry nitrogen charge and proper sized piston factory installed. Installed with very little modification and the system works great! Good superheat and good cooling. Saved the customer from having to rip her house apart to remove air handler and from the cost of a new system, when the old one had life left in it. Highly recommend them if you need a coil. They have off the shelf and custom solutions. Great people and service!

Needed a replacement evaporator coil for an obsolete air handler made in the 70s. It would have been quite a job to replace this handler because of where it was located in the home. Also the homeowner didn't have the cash to install new air handler and bring 220 volt power to it (old unit was 120 volt) none of my local suppliers had any coils that even came close to fitting. I did a search online and found Sustainable. Called them up and spoke to a warm and friendly lady who explained all the coils they stocked and could make. Engineer Steve was able to get me a slant type coil and metering device that worked great for the application. Part was shipped fast via Fedex, and needed minimal modding to install. Now I have a happy customer that can have their air conditioner back for a price they could live with. My thanks to Steve and the Sustainable team. Glad to know that someone makes parts for older HVAC equipment that still has life left in it.
