AC was having trouble keeping up with the heat, Jay was out within a few hours and diagnosed the problem quickly! He was nice enough to schedule the fix to minimize how hot our house got and got everything done quickly. Really appreciate him explaining everything and the professionalism!
We were having issues with our water heater giving overheating error messages, and having to relight the pilot and reset the thermostat. The unit was less than 2 years old and still under warranty. Omar worked with us, the manufacturer and our home warranty company to get a new thermostat overnighted and installed promptly. Omar was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly!
