“We used Tanker for a shower remodel and then most recently to do a toilet reseat for us. They are extremely professional, and their work has been excellent. I'm not sure about their pricing vs others because I didn't shop them before they just came to reseat the toilet. I trust them so just had it done. The pricing seemed a little high, but without another bid I'm not sure. I will use them again when I need a plumber because they are trustworthy and professional. I'm willing to pay for peace of mind, even if they may have been more expensive.“
“I am giving you five stars even though I had almost no contact with the service man and I have never received or been told of the condition of my valve. I can only assume that the city was okay with your report. I would encourage you to have more contact with your customers in order to keep everyone informed. This is something I picked up after about 50 years of contruction as a builder.“
