Eric L. did an amazing and efficient job installing three new toilets in our home and fixing a leaky faucet and a broken sink stopper. Vaquero Plumbing was a pleasure to do business with! When this job was completed, we were so impressed that we asked for a bid on additional work we need. We highly recommend Vaquero Plumbing!
I texted the company on Sunday evening of a holiday weekend and they responded to me saying they'd get with me first thing in the morning (it wasn't an emergency, I just wanted to make sure I was on their schedule for the next day before I left for a trip).
They got back in touch with me right when the office opened on Monday morning and got me on their schedule that day. Both the plumber, Eric, and the owner, Stephanie, showed up and were very professional, thorough in explaining everything to me, and very affordable.
I had bought the wrong part for my toilet, so I had to leave to go get the correct part, and they came back after I was back home. Excellent service… read full review
Submitted a request for my company to repair a leaking water fountain and had technicians out within 2 days! They were very communicative during the scheduling process, checking in for reminders about upcoming services and when they arrived they were very kind, explained what and how repairs were needed. Also stayed very patient while I was waiting on a response from my boss for authorizing extra payments. Would 10/10 recommend.
