Five stars for 121/Josey location. I have 6 cars in our household to maintain and get inspected. This location is consistently well-staffed with helpful and friendly service.
Please note that the location at Hebron/Josey (zip 75007), which is closer to our house is consistently without a state inspector for one reason or another. Though staff is also friendly, l would have to give them 3 stars for having to return or go somewhere else at least 2 dozen times over the years. I hope this is constructive and helpful in rectifying your staffing problem.
The crew here is funny. They laugh and talk while working. Pretty cool to see. All three folks are solid workers- arden,jayden and dee. I wanted to add how professional Arden was with the walk through and pay our process. She was cool!
