I was hoping for a thorough dismantling of the system to prepare for our remodel, and they indeed took care to label and store all components properly. It took about two hours, and they double-checked connections before leaving, which gave me confidence everything would go back together smoothly later on.
The quote for installing the thermostat was reasonable, and the technician took about an hour to ensure it was calibrated correctly. He explained how to use the new features and even checked that it synced with my phone app before leaving.
After getting several quotes, this company offered the most straightforward pricing for our AC installation and completed the project within a morning. They also took time to explain thermostat settings, which was helpful compared to past experiences where we were left figuring it out ourselves.
