Clean place and always professional staff. They work quickly and efficiently even when faced with high volumes of customers; they knew exactly how to manage the situation so that not many of us were left waiting (they were setting up a new customer but before giving them the tour and what not set everyone else up in their bed with an existing account)I appreciated that very much. Thank you staff!

PBT has knowledgeable, professional staff that are courteous and easy to talk with. They're problem solvers and dedicated. The store is always clean and pleasant smelling, just like the equipment. Highly recommended

The staff is always super friendly and helpful! Knowledgeable on their products and services as well. The place is very clean and they keep all the beds and misters in top shape. I've been using their services for almost 5 years and they have been consistently great!
