With the training he received from Aubry, the lead trainer, he enjoys his walks in the neighborhood and listens to my commands. We had a little emergency and the manger Casey and her team took excellent care of Leo and made sure I knew immediately what was going on! “Dave worked with me and my dog Higgins when I first adopted him. He was nervous around strangers and other dogs and would become fear aggressive. But working with Dave really helped me work with Higgins on His reactions and how he interacts with people and other dogs.“
“Annie was very flexible and worked with my crazy work schedule too. Annie helped me learn how to raise a puppy that was out of control as I had no idea what I was doing. She helped me, and Nala, learn how to re-wire her brain to be a calmer dog, how to work on basic manners and tricks. She helped us, overall, how to start the road for Nala to be a well-adjusted dog.“

Too often we found their services to be extremely expensive and for things that really weren't important. Acres North is fairly priced and they have a practical approach to caring for our beloved animals without breaking the bank. Plus, we can always get an appointment in a short time when we need it. “Hands down one of the very best office experiences I’ve had with a vet! We have a very shy little guy and had a terrible experience at another vet’s office. From the initial call, to allowing us to come in multiple times per week for “friendly visits”, to all the staff being so absolutely kind and even Dr. Hall coming into the room during a friendly visit to just say hi to our little guy! His first real visit went great because this team prepped him so well.The reception team is outstandingggg with their customer service and are on top of getting you in and out. The vet techs have been super helpful and I love that they offer a monthly program to spread out your costs vs paying at each appt. Pricing has been very competitive and everyone has been upfront about fees etc.Andrea has been such a blessing as a groomer and working slowly with our pup to get him use to everything so he’s comfortable. I’m so happy I found this team:)“

For longer stays, the extra comfort and attention our dog receives compared to boarding him at the vet is well worth any difference in price. As seen in the pictures, he enjoys his time here. “Really like this place for my dogs! I have a Yorkie and a pug, and both always need specific grooming. (The Yorkie always needs haircuts and the Pug always need GOOD deshedding). I finally found a place where these needs are done the way I truly like it! ? I always had problems with groomers that wouldn't deshed my pug as well as I liked AND he was always wet or too damp when I'd pick him up.I love that they always ask questions to make sure I get everything I need for my fur babies. Plus, they come home looking good and smelling very nice!I recommend this place. ?“
