They make you feel at home from the moment you walk through the door and until you leave.They perform some of the routine eye exams like having you read the eye chart. Then Dr. Diaz takes over to perform the more intricate eye exams like checking for cataracts. Dr. Diaz is very nice and she is thorough. She patiently steps you through each slide of the lenses making sure you see clearly. She is good with the children. Our family had a very pleasant and satisfying experience with everyone at Southern Eye Care.“

“My first visit here for a new patient exam. I moved here from the Gulf Coast and was almost overwhelmed by the number of vision care centers to choose from. I basically chose Wood Vision Source because of their close proximity to my home and the reviews on Google. I was not disappointed. In fact, the acknowledgement and attention I received was flattering and a welcome change. From the front desk reception, to the care and knowledge of the optometrist and his assistants and the help provided by the eyeglasses technician, I was impressed every step of the way. “Dr Zack Faust saved me from going BLIND!!! I had gone to a low cost dr I had been going to for years. I reported a “dark curtain to my regular optometrist and he didn’t see my retina was torn and detached. 2 week later and 100+ beach volleyball games later… Dr Zack Faust listened and found the issue in minutes and then through has network of eye professionals was able to get be schedule same day for emergency surgery. “My last 2 pair of eyeglasses were purchased from Dietz-McLean Optical in 2014. After 12 years of excellent service it was necessary to purchase new ones due to a change in prescription. After 10 days with my new glasses I feel comfortable in expecting another decade-plus of enjoyment.“
