Have been a patient for 3 years. Services are fast but thorough. The doctor takes their time with you to answer any questions and helps with the contact fittings. Receptionists are nice and communicate clearly.

Review for Dr. Nugen at Visionworks
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Nugen at Visionworks. He was thorough, patient, and genuinely attentive throughout my exam. He explained everything clearly, made sure I understood my options, and never made me feel rushed. It’s rare to find an optometrist who combines professionalism with such a warm, personable approach, but Dr. Nugen absolutely does.
One thing to note: Visionworks is owned by VSP, and unfortunately they don’t take my insurance, which was disappointing. Even so, the quality of care from Dr. Nugen was outstanding, and he made the visit worthwhile despite the insurance mismatch.
