So i came here about a year ago and had a horrible experience… came back to give it one more shot and was greeted with warm welcoming smiles by Michelle s ! She helped me set up an appointment for a later date with all the information i needed with no questions left because she broke it down for me and gave me all the information i would possibly need ! Went back for my appointment where Lo’Shern Diaz greeted me again ! He explained the process to me and helped me with my exam where i was greeted by Sherlyn V for the exam ! The girls working there were super friendly and informative. I went in to get my daughter’s glasses repaired. I wish I would have purchased the glasses from them in the first place. Great customer service.
Great customer service provided by SM Lo'Shern Diaz and ASM Michelle S. It was my first time in and they immediately made me feel right at home. No pressure or forced up-selling tactics were used, just great knowledge and understanding of each package/product being explained well. Will definitely be referring friends and family to this location!
