I made an appointment with her, and I did change the time. I showed up and she wasn't there. When I called the phone number she spoke no English. She had her daughter get on the phone to translate for her. I informed the daughter that I didn't want to keep the appointment because of the language barrier. The translator told me she would not charge me a cancelation fee, but did anyway.
