I mentioned this to them ahead of my appointment and they suggested I see Holly, the owner. Holly was wonderful - super sweet, nice to chat with, efficient, and did a fantastic job. I hadn’t done any hair removal down there in quite some time and she got rid of everything. I was in and out in 30 minutes and it was relatively painless (all things considered). I also have pretty sensitive skin but this did not irritate my skin at all. It’s been a couple days now and things are still super smooth down there. I would definitely recommend and I will be back as soon as I can!“
